We are so confident that you will reap the rewards and benefits of this program that we offer the following "get results or get your money back" refund policy. 

If you follow each of the steps and homework of the program and document the actions taken to fulfill all program requirements, which includes: 

1. Filling out all of the "MLM Misfits Worksheets" provided in the academy;

2. Completing all video training assignments (your content can be video, written posts, audio, etc.);

3. Creating at least one lead magnet/freemium, one funnel, and all email campaigns;

4. Documenting how you drove traffic using screenshots; and

5. Participating in at least one video coaching call (these coaching calls occur on weekly) by submitting your work for review on at least 1 occasion via email.

If you implement the above five requirements and are still not satisfied with the results of the program, a refund may be issued within 30 days of the purchase date. 

In order for a refund to be issued, we will require proof of action taken consistent with the program (send screenshots and links). No refunds will be issued after 30 days of the purchase date. 

If you are requesting a refund, please contact us by emailing trey@treybearor.com with the words “PROGRAM REFUND” in the subject line and include proof of program homework, links to your content, lead capture page(s), your email campaigns, and documentation of traffic and results. 

Please note, if the buyer is caught downloading video content without completely watching, no refund will be given regardless of the 30-day refund period.

In the event that a customer claims/believes the website is not working, or malfunctioning, or their log-in details are not working or any other technical issue where the product is not accessible inside of the members website, we will require a video screen-sharing call to be scheduled with the customer to verify these claims and/or walk the customer through the proper workaround. If we are not able to duplicate these issues or if we are not able to offer a solution ultimately results in gaining access, only then will a refund be issued after we have verified these claims on a LIVE video screen-sharing call between the customer and one of our support reps.

Refunds are issued based on the above requirements, and refunds will not be issued based on other circumstances, including but not limited to customers changing their mind; unforeseen financial circumstances; medical emergencies; family emergencies; inability to implement the program due to unforeseen circumstances; technical issues that have not first been verified by our support team via a LIVE screen-sharing call, or any other reasons outside of the aforementioned criteria.

This is a home study course that is purchased as a one-time transaction. The nature of the course is such that once the customer has consumed the information within, they cannot "give" that information back. By purchasing the product, you agree that these provisions are fair and reasonable.

Only responsible adults over the age of 18 are permitted to purchase our home study products. It is advised that if an individual is considering the purchase of our product for any reason other than a genuine desire to get results BY PUTTING THIS TRAINING INTO ACTION, they should refrain from purchasing the product in the first place.

Finally, any individual found requesting serial or repeated refunds will be prohibited from further participation in all our programs and offers. 

Customers that violate the terms of use of our policies may have their right to a refund revoked.

You acknowledge that we may reverse a sale in order to comply with: credit card rules, ACH industry rules, federal law, state law, local law, and any other applicable rules, regulations, and laws.
